Christmas gifts

I wondered if you kids want to change how you buy presents for each other. An idea would be that we set an amount and you just buy a nice gift for one person (or one unit). For example lets say we picked $100. Andrew would buy a gift for Tim, Chesney would but for Brittany, Tim would buy for Lem, Brittany would buy for Shawn, Lem would buy for Katelyn, Shawn would buy for Andrew and Katelyn would buy for Chesney. Or if you did units then B & A would buy for C & T, C & T would buy for L, L would buy for S, S would buy for K, K would buy for B & A. It would make it easier as everyone seems to go in on gifts any way.

We could all buy for Caleb and Tyler. We (Mom & Dad) will still buy gifts for everyone.

So let me know what you think.

Love, Mom

Lem is thinking about spending Christmas down with Oliver and Nem this year. I don't know if he has decided for sure or not yet.

Is there a reason for the idea for change? Not that I'm against it - I just was wondering.

The reason is that most of the time everyone goes together to buy gifts but then it gets confusing who needs to pay whom... so this seems easier and more equitable to the singles in the group.
